SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS / ROUTING ORDER
Please be advised that "Always at Your Service Customs Brokerage" is our designated clearing agent for all shipments. It is the responsibility of "Always at Your Service Brokerage" to provide clearance and delivery of game trophies to our facility. Please consign all shipment in the following format: Hunters name / Dustin Clark’s Taxidermy Sincerely, ROUTING OF SHIPMENTS All International Shipments must enter a United States Port-of-Entry. * We prefer all shipments to be routed through PDX Once the shipment has entered a Port-of-Entry, our assigned customs broker Always at Your Service will clear the trophies. This process involves filling out documentation to get it released by the following agencies: * U.S. Fish and Wildlife This is why it is important that all original export documents accompany the shipment. Should the shipment contain an animal that requires a U.S. Cites Import Permit, that hunter will be notified at the proper time to mail it by REGISTERED mail to: Always at Your Service Once released by all three agencies, the shipment is then forwarded to Dustin Clark’s Taxidermy. Once the hunter returns from the safari, he or she should notify Dustin Clark’s Taxidermy with the following information: * Hunter’s Name PREPARATION AND CRATING All crates and packages should be addressed as follows: |
